At Cleverflowbridge, we understand that circumstances change and learning paths may need adjustment. Our refund policy provides clear guidelines for requesting refunds on our video editing courses and programs while maintaining fairness for all students and instructors.
All refund requests must be submitted within specific timeframes and meet eligibility criteria outlined below
This policy applies to all course purchases, subscription plans, and premium content accessed through our platform. We encourage students to review course previews and descriptions carefully before enrollment.
Refund Eligibility Timeline
14-Day Full Refund Period
Students can request a full refund within 14 days of course purchase if they have completed less than 20% of the course content. This applies to individual courses and course bundles purchased after January 1, 2025.
30-Day Partial Refund Period
Between days 15-30 after purchase, students may be eligible for a 50% refund if they have completed less than 30% of course materials and can demonstrate technical issues or course misrepresentation.
Beyond 30 Days
After 30 days, refunds are only considered for exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, technical platform failures, or significant course content changes that affect learning outcomes.
Refund Conditions
Course Progress Limits
Refund eligibility decreases as students progress through course materials. Students who have completed more than 50% of any course are generally not eligible for refunds unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Certificate Completion
Students who have received completion certificates or downloaded final project files are not eligible for refunds, as this indicates successful course completion and value received.
Promotional Purchases
Courses purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes may have modified refund terms. Sale prices typically have a shortened refund window of 7 days instead of the standard 14 days.
Technical Issues
If technical problems prevent course access for more than 72 hours and our support team cannot resolve the issue, students may be eligible for refunds regardless of the standard timeline.
Refund Process
To request a refund, students must submit a detailed request through our support portal or email system. Include your purchase confirmation, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
Our team reviews each request within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method and typically take 3-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain purchases cannot be refunded under any circumstances. This includes one-on-one mentoring sessions that have already occurred, custom video editing services completed for students, and physical materials shipped to students.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable but students can cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
